YOUR ROLE

  • Strategize and develop yearly education plan by brand.

  • Lead education photoshoots to support yearly curriculum.

  • Oversee execution of annual curriculum for Education.

  • Collaborate with distributors and Sales Directors to maximize distributor education efforts.

  • Manage the contracted Educators supporting each brand.

  • Facilitate annual and bi-annual education team trainings.

  • Oversee, booking, expense, and payment processes.

  • Oversee education and event calendars.

  • Engage and lead each brand’s Education team (SexyHair, DevaCurl, STMNT, #Mydentity)

  • Act as liaison with other regional Education teams within Henkel.

  • Forecast and track full-year education and show budgets.

  • Facilitate financial statements to drive strategic focus.

  • Establish education KPIs to analyze the effectiveness of each brand’s educational strategy.

  • Lead training of the sales team on annual education plans.

  • Strategize and support the execution of all go-to-market education plans to increase education exposure.

  • Support sales with the development of show strategies. Lead education planning & execution at shows.

  • Manage PK for new hire process with field & new employees.

  • Support sales team with customer market meetings.

  • Collaborate and build relationships with key distributor partners Brand & Innovation Support

  • Act as the Education liaison for the Brand and Integrated marketing teams.

  • Create and manage the testing process of new products to provide timely feedback on innovations/formulas to the brand team.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Licensed hairdresser.

  • 7+ years’ experience in corporate education.

  • Effectively motivate and lead a team of 2+ employees.

  • Self-motivating with an elevated level of passion for Education.

  • Excellent skills in organization, prioritization & communication.

  • Digital marketing experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & PowerPoint.

  • Proficient in Zoom & Microsoft Teams.

  • Passion for the beauty/fashion industry.

  • Open to work-related travel.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
