YOUR ROLE

  • Conduct daily QC testing of intermediates and finished goods.

  • Responsible for the managing following metrics/programs: Customer Complaints (CCMS), End Customer Service Level (ECSL), blocked stock, scrap, Non-Conforming Material (NCM), First Time Right (FTR)

  • Manages the internal Audits and Reviews software: responsible for planning audits and reviews, managing actions items, and assisting in closing action items in timely manner.

  • Lead problem solving activities to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in addition to internal product/process failures and implement effective corrective actions through root cause analysis.

  • Determines impacted products/specifications during Management of Change (MOC) process; identify sales and customers of impacted products.

  • Manage Quality documents in HIMDOC database (Lab procedures, calibration records, etc.)

  • Lead/Support internal audits, both at this site and other Henkel sites

  • Use process and data driven analysis to assist with focused projects to improve quality and customer satisfaction in addition to cost reduction.

  • Assist in running SHE programs including SUSA, Safety Walkarounds, Toolbox Talks, Gap Assessments, Lost Time Case Reviews

  • Assist in completing Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) goals: monthly environmental reporting requirements and site safety inspections, filing for various regulatory permits to keep site operational, support safety improvements/changes, such as PPE implementation and various process changes.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; in lieu of degree will consider years of experience/significant vocational training.

  • 1+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Mathematical & Problem-solving skills such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5-Why, A3, 8D, etc.

  • Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements

  • Knowledge of water-based chemistry/adhesives preferred.

  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract variables.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge/previous experience with SAP

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
